A delicious smoothie filled with antioxidents, fiber, and potassium!
1/2 c. frozen strawberries
1/4 c. frozen blueberries
1/2 med. frozen banana
1 med. banana
1/2 c. strawberries
1 c. canned coconut milk
1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. ice
Add coconut milk, frozen fruit, apple cider vinegar, and ice to blender. Blend until chunky-smooth.
Add in fresh banana. Blend until smooth.
Lastly, add in fresh strawberries and pulse blend for a few more rounds - you don't want to mush up the berries though.
Serve cold, and enjoy!
