Quick smoothie to go along with your breakfast and kick start your morning!
ice to taste
1 c. almond milk
1/2 c. frozen berries
1/2 med. frozen banana
1 tsp. flaxseed oil
1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, chocolate
Mix all ingredients in blender and enjoy! Add ice as needed.
