Four ingredients. Ten minutes. Delicious pancakes.
1 med. banana
2 egg
1 tbsp. almond butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth (or leave some lumps if you prefer).
Heat a little coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Pour batter into skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, flip, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
