A healthy snack that tastes like a treat!
1 med. banana
3/4 c. almond milk
1/4 c. almond butter
3 tbsp. chia seeds
Combine banana, almond milk, and almond butter in a blender. Blend until smooth. Move the mixture to a medium bowl, and stir in the chia seeds. Cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least four hours). Stir the pudding before serving in the morning.
*This can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to a week.
