Not a big fan of the sprouts? You will be once you try these!
sea salt & black pepper to taste
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 c. brussels sprouts
1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Trim Brussels sprouts – cut off stem end, and remove any bad leaves. Cut sprout in half lengthwise. Place all sprouts in a bowl, and lightly coat with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Add 1-2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar, and toss to evenly coat all sprouts. Arrange sprouts on baking sheet, cut side down. Roast in over for 15 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
