Balanced Morning Milkshake

This smoothie is packed with macro- and micronutrients you need to start your day.


    1 tbsp. flax seeds

    1 tbsp. almond butter

    1/2 med. banana

    1 tbsp. honey, raw

    1 tbsp. coconut oil

    1 tsp. cinnamon

    1 scp. Daily Energy, Spring of Life

    1 c. homemade coconut milk


First, add flax seeds to a blender or Vitamix and blend for a few seconds. Next, add almond butter so it is close to the blade of the blender. Add banana, raw honey, coconut oil, cinnamon, and Daily Energy. Lastly, add your choice of milk and blend all of the ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy!
