A healthy, tasty snack that curbs those cravings and is good for you!
sea salt & black pepper to taste
1 pinch paprika
1 med. zucchini
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut a zucchini into thin slices and toss with olive oil, sea salt, and pepper. Place zucchini on baking sheet and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
