Baked Whitefish

A simple detox seafood dish! Use your favorite type of whitefish : salmon, haddock, or cod.


    4 oz. whitefish

    1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil

    sea salt & black pepper to taste

    1/2 c. grape tomatoes

    2 oz. avocado


Preheat oven to 400°F. Place fish in an oven-safe dish, surrounded by tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes.

Toss together halved tomatoes and chopped avocado. Serve over cooked fish.
