Baked Salmon with Avocado Salsa

Baked salmon topped with healthy fats and carbs - a delicious detox dish!

Ingredients

    1/2 lbs. salmon

    1/4 tsp. ground cumin

    sea salt & black pepper to taste

    1 med. tomato

    1 sml. avocado

    1 lime

    sea salt & black pepper to taste

    2 tbsp. cilantro

Directions

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Season salmon with cumin, sea salt, and pepper. Arrange salmon on baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until salmon is cooked through.

While salmon is cooking, make the salsa. Combine diced tomatoes and diced avocado in a bowl. Squeeze lime juice over everything, and season with sea salt and pepper. Toss to fully combine. Set aside.

When salmon is done, remove from oven and divide into two servings. Top each with half of the salsa.
