Baked Parmesan and Oregano Tomatoes

These are a great substitute for garlic bread in my house! And if you have any left over, GREAT! Cause They're phenomenal the next day on a salad!


    4 sml. tomato

    1/4 c. parmesan cheese

    1 tsp. fresh oregano

    1/4 tsp. sea salt

    black pepper to taste

    1/4 tsp. garlic powder

    4 tsp. extra virgin olive oil


Preheat oven to 450° F.

Place tomatoes cut-side up on a baking sheet. Top with Parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil and bake until the tomatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.

These are the perfect side for ay meal :) So quick and easy! Serving size is 2 tomatoes
