This is a delicious and healthy breakfast or desert idea. And can be made in different variations. Enjoy! My family always likes it!
stevia to taste
1 oz. Greek yogurt
2 med. red apple
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. raisins
cinnamon to taste
Cut the apples in two halves, and core them. Preheat oven to 350°F (190°C). Bake for about 45 minutes, until apples are tender.
While the apple halves are baking, prepare the filling: mix together cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and raisins. Season with cinnamon. Add stevia (if desired).
After baking, fill the apple center with filling. Serve warm.
