Baked Apple and Almond Butter Steel Cut Oats

Tasty breakfast treat!

Ingredients

    1 med. red apple

    1 c. almond milk

    1/2 c. steel cut oats

    2 tbsp. almond butter

    1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a loaf pan or small baking dish with coconut oil. Chope the apple, and combine with all other ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Pour mixture into baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
