Bacon Guacamole Deviled Eggs

Healthy twist on deviled eggs, no mayo!

Ingredients

    6 egg

    1 lrg. avocado

    2 tbsp. uncured bacon

    1 tbsp. jalapeno pepper

    1 tbsp. red onion

    2 tbsp. diced tomatoes, fresh

    1 tbsp. lime juice

    1 tbsp. cilantro

    sea salt to taste

    black pepper to taste

    cayenne pepper to taste

    chili powder to taste

Directions

Hard boil 6 eggs. Scoop the yolks out of the egg halves, mash them, mix with the mashed avocado, cooked and crumbled bacon (mash these into pieces as well!), finely diced jalapeno, finely diced onion, diced tomatoes, lime juice, and chopped cilantro. Season with salt, pepper. and cayenne.

Place a tablespoon of the mixture back into the holes left by the yolks in the eggs and serve garnished with extra bacon and a pinch of chili powder.
