Backwards Iced coffee

So refreshing and soooo good!

Ingredients

    2 c. coffee

    2 vanilla extract

    1 stevia

    1 ice

    2 c. almond milk

Directions

The night before, Fill ice cube trays with the coffee or cold press and pop into the freezer. split open the 2 vanilla beans and scrape out the beans, adding to the almond milk along with the bean and let sit in the milk overnight. The next morning, fill a glass with the frozen coffee and 1 cup of the milk. Add in a little stevia or sweetener if you wish. let sit a couple minutes to allow coffee to seep into the milk and enjoy!

I also tried this blended this morning... WOW!
