This sauce is delicious on brown rice pasta, chicken, pork chops, or vegetables!
2 c. broccoli
2 clove garlic
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. water
1 dsh. sea salt & black pepper
Steam broccoli and garlic until very tender. Add cottage cheese, parmesan cheese and water. Puree with a stick blender or in a food processor. Season to taste.
