These cookies are fantastic. I used to bake them for every event at church or family gathering. I just changed the ingredients to be BD-approved and they are still just as yummy!
4 tbsp. honey, raw
2 c. almond butter
4 egg
2 c. walnuts
2 c. carob chips
Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease a baking sheet. Combine all ingredients and stir. Spoon by the tablespoon onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from sheet. This recipe makes a ton of cookies! (Tip: Eat a couple hot from the oven with some almond milk.....mmmmm!)
