Fresh avocado salad!

Ingredients

    1/4 c. lime juice

    2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

    1/2 tsp. garlic powder

    15 1/2 oz. canned black beans

    3 avocado

    2 roma tomatoes

    1/4 c. cilantro, bunch, fresh, organic

    1/4 c. red onion

Directions

Mix all ingredients and chill.

Excellent salad for Protein Types! Can be counted as 1 fat and 2 carbs instead.
