I believe this is from the Paleo Diet. A great breakfast if you like avocado. You could also replace the turkey bacon with tuna if you prefer. Perfect for a protein type.
2 egg
1 avocado
1 slc. turkey bacon
Mash all ingredients together. (I put my eggs in a little plastic baggie and smashed them up before mixing them in with the avocado). Enjoy with a spoon. Warning: it isn't the prettiest of foods when you are eating it, but it is good, and good for you.
