Avocado Chicken Burgers

Avocado adds a great dose of healthy fat to these burgers.


    1/2 lbs. ground chicken

    1 clove garlic

    1/2 med. avocado

    2 tbsp. almond flour

    sea salt & black pepper to taste


Combine ground chicken, almond flour, garlic, sea salt, and pepper in a bowl. Use hands to mix it all up. Fold in the chunks of avocado (still using hands). Form mixture into 2 patties. Grill or cook on the stovetop until chicken is cooked through.
