I'm from Texas and my mother always made guacamole this way. I've converted many guacamole "haters" with this recipe!
4 avocado
1/2 sweet onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lime juice
2 serrano pepper
2 tbsp. cilantro, bunch, fresh, organic
2 med. tomato
sea salt & black pepper to taste
Cut avocados in half lengthwise, remove seed, and scoop out the fruit with a spoon.
Dice onion - I like it small because I don't care for big chunks of onion but love the flavor. Add diced onion to the avocado.
Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, diced peppers, and cilantro. I use a potato masher to blend all ingredients, but not too much because I like my avocado to still be chunky.
Stir in diced tomatoes. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
