I love stir fry because its easy, freezes well, makes great leftovers and most of all...there are NO RULES!
8 oz. ground turkey
2 1/2 c. green beans
1 tbsp. fresh ginger
2 clove garlic
1/4 c. chicken stock
1 tbsp. tamari, organic
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. white onion
Brown the ground turkey in a pan and set aside.
In a big skillet or wok, melt butter and add smashed garlic cloves and let saute for 1-2 minutes.
Add in veggies and ginger and saute for a few minutes until onion is transparent.
Add chicken stock, tamari sauce and apple cider vinegar and cooked turkey and simmer on med-low heat until most liquid cooks out (about 5-10 min).
Serve and enjoy. Scallions, chives or sesame seeds are great toppers for this dish.
