A cleansing smoothie that tastes like apple pie!
1 c. kale
1 med. red apple
1/2 oz. walnuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground allspice
1 c. water
1/2 c. ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
