All the flavor of apple pie in a healthy, protein-packed smoothie!
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 med. red apple
1/4 c. Greek yogurt
1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, vanilla
1/2 c. almond milk
Peel and chop apple. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
