A nice way to change up your water intake to something different.
1 med. red apple
1 stick cinnamon stick, organic
48 fl oz. water
1 c. ice
Cut up the apple and put in bottom of pitcher. Drop in cinnamon stick. Put enough ice in to fill up half of the pitcher. Add water and refrigerate overnight. I've found this is a great way to get your water intake without adding anything bad for you.
