Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Maple syrup, apple, and cinnamon for breakfast, yum!


    1/3 c. old-fashioned oats

    1/2 c. canned coconut milk

    1/2 tbsp. maple syrup

    1 tsp. cinnamon

    1/2 med. red apple

    1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, vanilla

    1 tbsp. canned coconut milk


Combine oats, coconut milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, diced apple, and protein powder in a mason jar or container then seal. Refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, drizzle with an additional tablespoon of coconut milk and mix overnight oats thoroughly before eating.
