So much better for you (and tastier!) than the regular greasy sausage you can get in a grocery store.
1/4 tsp. dried sage
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
1 pinch nutmeg
1 sml. Granny Smith apple
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 lbs. ground chicken
1 tbsp. coconut oil
Peel and dice the apple. Combine diced apple and seasonings in a large bowl. Break up the ground chicken over the seasoned apple, and mix well. Shape into eight patties.
Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add patties to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes, flip, and cook another 5-6 minutes, until no longer pink.
