This is one of my favorite quick and easy little combos - perfect for breakfast or a snack.
3 tbsp. almond butter
1 med. red apple
1 slc. sprouted whole grain bread
Toast the bread. While it's toasting, slice the apple (if you dip it in a little lemon juice, it won't darken). Spread the almond butter on the toast. Dip the apple slices into the almond butter before eating the toast.
