Great recipe for chip cravings!!!!
2 bch. kale
3/4 c. tahini
1/4 c. coconut aminos
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
2 green onion
1 garlic
1 lemon
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 c. cilantro, bunch, fresh, organic
1/4 c. water
Take all ingredients (except kale) and put them in a blender and blend until mixture is a dressing consistency. Tear kale into clip side pieces and put in a bowl. Pour dressing on kale and hand toss. Place kale on Teflex sheet on top of mesh dehydrator screen. Turn dehydrator to 105 degrees and set for 6 hours.
