This is a quick and easy lunch.
2 egg
3 egg white
1 1/2 tbsp. dijon mustard
2 tbsp. ground flax seeds
1 romaine lettuce
Grind flax seeds in Vitamix blender. Add other ingredients and combine on low. Serve over romaine lettuce.
