Great dessert. I eat my afternoon snack after dinner and this is perfect!
6 oz. Greek yogurt
1 c. mixed berries
1 tbsp. chia seeds
2 tbsp. ground flax seeds
1 tsp. Athletic Greens
1 dsh. stevia
Add chia seeds and flax seeds to Vitamix blender and grind them up. Add remaining ingredients and mix until it is the consistency of soft serve ice cream.
