No time to make deviled eggs? No problem!
1 egg
1 tsp. homemade mayonnaise
1 tsp. dijon mustard
garlic powder to taste
Start with a hard-boiled egg. Cut it in half lengthwise. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, and garlic powder. Smear the mixture on each half of the egg. Eat this as a snack, or serve it with some steamed greens and avocado for a balanced breakfast.
