Delicious and filling breakfast or snack.
1 c. water
1/2 frozen banana
1 c. frozen strawberries
1 tbsp. flax seeds
20 almonds
Put water in blender and add almonds and blend on high for a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. You can add extra water for a thinner consistency or use coconut milk milk instead of water or a combination of water and coconut milk.
