Almond Flour Waffles

Gluten-free waffles made in a waffle iron.


    1 c. almond flour

    1/2 tsp. sea salt

    1 tsp. baking soda

    4 egg

    1/4 c. honey, raw

    1 tsp. vanilla extract


Preheat waffle iron. Combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey and vanilla. Stir the flour mix into the egg mix. Grease preheated waffle iron. Spoon batter onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden.
