Crazy good, healthy "brownies"!
1/2 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. almond butter
1 c. zucchini
1 egg
1/4 c. honey, raw
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 pinch sea salt
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a square (8x8) baking dish.
Grate the zucchini into a bowl. Add almond butter, egg, honey, and vanilla to the bowl. Mix well.
Add cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
