Treat yourself with these tasty guilt-free cookie bars!
1 c. almond butter
3/4 c. coconut sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. sea salt
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 c. old-fashioned oats
1/2 c. chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
Combine almond butter, coconut sugar, baking soda, and sea salt in a bowl. Mix well.
Add egg and vanilla extract. Mix until fully incorporated.
Stir in oats and chocolate chips.
Bake for 20-24 minutes, until a knife or toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool completely before cutting into 16 squares.
