Light banana muffins with mild flavor. Kids seem to love them!
4 med. banana
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 pinch sea salt
4 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. almond flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
5 indv. stevia packet
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth. (Adjust quantity of stevia packets according to how ripe the bananas are - the riper the bananas, the fewer packets you'll need.) Scoop into lined muffin tins (texture will be runny). Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
