Afternoon Salmon Dip

Simple and quick dish that can be used as afternoon snack or over salad for a bit of lunch on a busy day.


    1 c. cottage cheese

    4 oz. smoked salmon

    1 tsp. fresh chives

    sea salt & black pepper to taste


Chop salmon into small bits (or use canned salmon). Mix with cottage cheese, chives, sea salt, and pepper.

Serve with your choice of carb(s): spelt or rye crackers, a slice of SWG bread, or any veggies.
