I found this at safeway looking for organic items. I have never liked the Acai berry drinks but wanted to try the actually pureed fruit . It really gave me alot of energy and made me feel so refreshed. When you feel a little sluggish...and tired ..this will give you a boost of antioxidants.
1/2 c. milk, raw or organic
1/2 banana
1 stevia packet
1 dsh. cinnamon
1/2 c. fruit, your favorite, fresh, organic
1 indv. frozen acai berries
Mix all ingredients in a blender .
If it gets to thin you can add more banana instead of other fruit.
I have even made it in a bowl to have as a dessert with everything all chunky which was yummy with a spoon.
I have also used coconut milk for another version with less milk.
