Directions
Simmer almond milk (or coconut milk) in a small saucepan over medium/low heat. Add in ground Ashwagandha, cinnamon, turmeric, cardamom, nutmeg, and pepper. Whisk briskly until smooth. Add in coconut oil and reduce heat to a low simmer. Continue to cook until warm, approximately 7 minutes. Remove from heat, add honey, and stir. Pour into your favorite mug, and enjoy. Then crawl into your cozy bed ready to drift into dreamland.
