Let’s Lose Some Fat! A First Hand Account

Hello everyone. I just wanted to let you in on a common phenomenon that occurs when people stay a few days at my house. Recently, I had a few houseguests over for approximately five days, and without them even knowing it, they lost a quick five pounds. I know what you?re thinking: "Five pounds in five days? What did you do Isabel - starve them??"

No, I did not starve them! I simply had them adhere to the principles of Beyond Diet - that's it. There were no magic pills or military type boot camps, just healthy eating. Here is an example of some foods that my guests ate while staying in my home. Check them out and you will see that they ate well, both in quantity and quality.

Breakfasts
Warm and Nutty Cinnamon Quinoa
Isabel's Oatmeal Concoction
2 hard boiled eggs, 1 slice sprouted grain toast and 1/2 grapefruit

Lunches
Leftover chicken legs with 1/2 sweet potato and broccoli
Cucumber & Tomato Salad

Dinners
Grilled salmon over asparagus, green salad (oil and vinegar as dressing) followed by a fresh fruit salad
Tilapia Salad
Isabel Approved Shepherd's Pie

Dessert
Strawberry Shortcake

Snacks
Trail Mix with sulfur-free dried cranberries
Beyond Diet Lemonade
