Mornings can be tough, even for the most organized person. With work, kiddos who need to get ready for school, and a to-do list that gets longer by the minute, it may be hard to feel like you can get in all your healthy habits in the morning.
I can completely relate, which is why I’ve simplified my morning routine into just a few items that allow me to have a productive morning in a calm way…which then leads to a day that is productive and calm (although calm is always subject to change…LOL)...
Believe it or not, some 795 million people in the world do not have enough food... that's about 1 in 9 people on this planet.
So today, I am asking you to do one simple thing...
Be grateful for today's meal... no matter what it looks like.
