Our main Beyond Diet program is a one-time fee and you have it for a lifetime! It includes 4 weeks of meal plans which has everything laid out for you from your grocery list to every meal and snack. Your purchase also includes the Beyond Diet Manual which teaches you how to turn this into a lifestyle. This also includes access to coaches, recipes, articles, and an AMAZING support system from other members who are going through the same thing!

2. What sets BD apart from other diet programs?

Beyond Diet is not some fad diet that you just can't keep up with long term. We understand that you actually need to enjoy what you eat and need to be able to make it work for your lifestyle, even with some flexibility. We have meal plans to start off with and/or continue with if you prefer that. And we provide a whole manual on how to make this a lifestyle. You can even eat things like cheese, milk, steak, and yes... even some dark chocolate!

3. Do I have to buy everything organic to be successful on this program?

If you can purchase organic, then that's great! But we know that not everyone has the budget and/or availability to purchase everything organic. You might be surprised that we recommend purchasing local as your first option. Do the best you can with what you have! Some items are more important to purchase organic than others, like apples for example, because you are eating the skin. But bananas aren't quite as important because they have a thick peel to protect against pesticides. Meat and eggs are also examples of foods that are better if organic. This program is about making it work for you and your lifestyle!
