    Turmeric Scrambled Eggs

    Ingredients

    • 1 tsp butter
    • 2-3 eggs
    • ½ tsp turmeric
    • Sea salt and pepper, to taste

    Directions

    Heat butter over medium heat in a pan.

    Lightly beat the eggs in a mixing bowl. Stir in turmeric, sea salt, and pepper.

    Add eggs to hot buttered pan and mix until cooked through.

    Serve over veggies or with a slice of sprouted whole grain toast.

    My husband and I started taking the Spring of Life Tumeric 11 months ago. My husband does not complain about his joints hurting any more. I also added Super Critical Omegas with D-3 also, I no longer have the inflammation in my knees. These supplements have aided in my weight loss along with the Amazing Beyond Diet and Isabel!!!

    I began using Turmeric as a colorant when I would make "fake" egg salad out of tofu. I got the recipe a very long time ago from one of the owners of a Healthfood Store I used to shop at (until they closed...so miss them) it was really good too! Now I drink Isabel's Afternoon Pick Me Up drink on a daily basis... I have grown to LOVE IT! I am amazed at the stamina it gives me especially when I normally want to take a nap at 3pm every day. Spending my day in front of a computer and not getting a lot of time away from it is exhausting!!!
