Hi, I am getting ready to move on from the 7 day rescue program to the 14 day super charged meals. I noticed when looking over the suggested foods in the 14 day program, there aren't many recipes included. I am really enjoying the smoothies and the recipes on the 7 day rescue plan. I wonder if I can swap out the breakfast on the 14 day plan for the breakfast on the 7 day plan. Also can I use the chicken or salmon recipes from the 7 day plan? I don't know how to cook without following a recipe.
