Sunday meal prepping is my favorite time of the week.
I use the very same meal plans you use from the Beyond Diet Monthly program to prep for the week. That's right, I'm just as busy as you are and have no time to sit in the kitchen for hours every day either.
So that's why I make time for myself every Sunday evening to meal prep. My husband and the kids know that this time is "Mommy's time in the kitchen" and not to disturb her.
Since every minute as a mom is precious to us, it sometimes feels difficult to set aside one to two hours to meal prep.
But, believe me, not only do you get an hour or two to yourself, that hour or two at the beginning of the week will save you 5 hours during the rest of the week.
