Smoothie Popsicle

Cook Time: a few hrs to freeze

Servings: 4

refreshing, delicious, antioxidant and versatile snack !

Ingredients

*** so basically you could just pick your favorite BD approved smoothie and freeze it in a cup (plastic works best) with a stick in it. but his is my new summer favorite!
2 large kale leaves w/ stalks
1 small peach
1 small red plum
1 small banana
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
3+ TBS of almond butter or other nuts (butter)
coconut shredded (optional)
5 cubes of ice
1/2 cup water
pinch cinnamon (opional)
pinch of ground vanilla bean (optional)

Directions

combine desired ingredients in blender, then pour into cups. (each cup should have about a cup of smoothie).
stick a popsicle stick in the middle (optional)
freeze in freezer!


I listed my new favorite above, but feel free to experiment with other vegetables and fruits and nuts to make your personal smoothie popsicle favorite! It is very difficult to go wrong! so be adventurous!

P.S. my smoothie tastes delicious, but might have a scary color! green + red = brown....
