Rice Balls with Beef

Rice balls made with brown rice and lean ground beef. 1 serving size = 3 balls.
Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef, grass fed
2 cups cooked brown rice
1/2 onion, finely diced
1/4 cup diced red or green bell pepper
1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
Directions
Cook rice according to directions, and add to raw ground beef and remaining ingredients. Shape into large balls and place on baking sheet. Bake at 400 for about 15 min or until balls are thoroughly cooked.
