Fried Banana Chocolate Peanut Smash

smashed up fried banana recipe

Ingredients

50grams Organic sugar free dark chocolate block (my one was sweetened with stevia)
4 medium ripe big bananas
1 table spoon organic peanut or nut butter
coconut oil

Directions

This one is not for every night - but man oh man is it good when you dont have the ingredients for baking. We are luckly to get an organic dark cocoa block in Australia that only has milk and stevia added to it.

I just sliced the bananas in half long ways and in half again so its in fat little quatres. Fry in pan with coconut oil until brown. turn the heat lower. Put chocolate in squares on top of bananas and a bit of nut butter whilst still in pan - cover the pan with plate or lid (not touching bananas) until it all melts on top. Dig in! yum yum. Stopped my sugar cravings when I had no ingredients to make other sweets - a life saver!
