Cook Time: 6-10 hours

Servings: 4

I think I heard the heavens open up and angels sing when I made this... not sure yet how many servings it is, I guess it just depends on how many oz each person eats. A 2lb roast made a little over a pound of edible meat for me.

Ingredients

2-4 lb pork Boston Butt
1 TBS paprika
1 TBS garlic powder
1 TBS onion powder
2 TBS salt
1 TBS black or cayanne pepper
1/2 small bottle of salsa- I used mild

Directions

mix together the spices to make a dry rub and rub over the pork roast.
Turn your grill on high and sear the roast on all sides... this gives the pork a smokey flavor
place the pork in a crock pot along with salsa and cook for 6-10 hours, depending on crock pot temp. Pork it done when it "falls apart"
