Cooked summer squash and spinach
Ingredients
Raw organic spinach
Yellow squash
Coconut oil
Garlic
Raw Parmesan cheese to taste
Directions
Combine all but cheese in a pan and sautée it on medium heat. If you have the het too high you will burn the garlic! Sautée until squash is tender. Top it off with a little Parmesan cheese.
